About the Opportunity

Bring ideas to life through compelling, story-driven content while helping build the marketing presence of a brand-new location from the ground up.

·      Create end-to-end video content: scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing

·         Turn real work and technical processes into engaging, story-driven content

·         Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to capture authentic moments

·         Optimize content for performance across platforms like YouTube and social media

·         Simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals and narratives

·         Analyze performance data and audience feedback to continuously improve content

·         Help establish and maintain a consistent, high-quality content pipeline

About You

We care deeply about attitude and aptitude. Above all else, you have a passion for creating great video content and a strong aptitude for learning.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

·         Hands-On Content Creation: Experience filming and editing, including camera, lighting, audio, and tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar

·         End-to-End Ownership: Ability to take content from idea to final delivery, proactively driving projects forward with minimal oversight

·         Storytelling: Skilled at turning technical concepts and real-world work into clear, engaging content for a B2B audience

·         Technical Curiosity: Interest in how things are made and the ability to learn quickly from engineers and production teams

·         AI & Efficiency Mindset: Comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows and focus more time on creativity

·         Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams

·         Execution & Organization: Able to manage multiple projects, stay on schedule, and keep content moving

·         Performance Awareness: Understands what makes content work and uses data to continuously improve

 Compensation & Benefits

At Protocase, we believe in recognizing and rewarding hard work and dedication.

Our starting annual total compensation package—including base salary and performance incentives—ranges from $48,375 - $57,840 CAD depending on experience.
